We are FERTIPAQ, the circular sulfur company based in the Netherlands. Since 2013, we have proudly contributed to a greener world by reusing sulfur from wastewater flows. We take a high-quality sulfur product from desulfurization plants, called the THIOPAQ of Paques, and upgrade it. The sulfur produced by the plant comes from different types of industries, such as the pulp and paper industry and the food and beverage industry, and is a circular, clean and green product.

We collect and convert sulfur into a sustainable ready-to-use fertilizer, which is used as a nutrient for soil and crops. Our liquid product can be used as an additive to nitrogen solutions and is sprayable. Compared to sulfur products from the fossil industry (oil and gas refineries), organic sulfur has some major advantages such as its hydrophilic property and the particle size (under 20 microns) that helps with rainfastness. All this contributes to growing a more robust and stronger crop that can thrive under difficult growing conditions.
